project Details
The privately owned, national company has almost 30 years experience in the commercial interiors sector, specialising in retail, showrooms, offices and bespoke joinery both privately and publicly.  Completing over 4,000 projects, the company has a wealth of experience in interior fitting-out.

Martin Ellison, Managing Director for IMS, said: “Our close relationship with Apton Partitioning will give our existing customers a variety of choice for partitioning solutions, as well as enticing new business interested in both Apton and IMS’ products and services. The showroom is a great addition to the businesses’ partnership, adding to the credibility of both companies.”

Benefiting from its own in-house labour and joinery manufacturing plant, IMS is able to commit to both small and large-scale projects that require bespoke services. It is constantly looking to stand out from the competition, and Apton’s sleek and modern designs will help to create the professional environment that IMS expect.

Martin adds: “We currently have our own wooden based partitioning range that we make in our workshop, but Apton have extensive partitioning products that we can benefit from. Using steel frames instead of the more common aluminium –framed partitioning, it responds to the needs for variety within the marketplace.”

The showroom will feature products from Apton’s Colourline, Silverline and Quartz ranges, with additional IMS interior fittings to compliment each individual look. Apton’s demountable partitioning systems have given IMS the freedom to change panels at their own leisure, which will help to cater to the needs of the client.

Apton’s decision to work with IMS will help to give them opportunity to reach more customers nationwide, and with a constant need for value for money and quality services, it has benefited from joining with an interior fitting-out business similar in nature.

Mike Ellis, Managing Director for Apton, comments: “Teaming up with specialists in design and fitting will help to get the Apton name heard further afield. With flexibility and speed of installation, IMS can easily display our vast range of products, so that customers can get a feel for the quality of Apton’s prestigious partitioning.”
